This course consists of 10 classes approximately one hour and thirty minutes to two hours long per class. The subject matter consists of how to properly interpret and apply the Scriptures.
Hermeneutics is simply the art or science of interpreting and applying the Bible. In this course, one will learn how to rightly interpret and apply the Epistles, the Old Testament narratives, Acts, the Gospels, the parables, the Law, the Prophets, the Psalms, Wisdom literature, and the book of Revelation. The use of commentaries will also be examined and what Bible translations to use.
This course is college-level but taught clearly and understandably for all to learn. It is also affordable at the cost of only $99. To get the most out of this course, it is highly recommended that you purchase the book "How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth: A Guide to Understanding the Bible" by Gordon D. Fee and Douglas Stuart. I use this book throughout my course as reference material.
